Method

A controlled path from problem to working system.

We follow a structured process designed to reduce risk, maintain human oversight and deliver systems your team can actually use and manage. No deployment without validation.

The four phases

01

Diagnose

1–2 weeks

We map your current process in detail: workflow steps, systems involved, data sources, decision points and exception cases. We identify friction, quantify effort and define what success looks like before building anything.

Inputs

  • Current process documentation
  • Team interviews
  • System access audit
  • Volume data

Outputs

  • Process map
  • Friction analysis
  • Automation candidates ranked by value
  • Success criteria

02

Design

1–3 weeks

We design the automation architecture: workflow logic, system connections, human approval points, exception routing and fallback behavior. Every rule is documented before a single line of code is written.

Inputs

  • Process map
  • System APIs
  • Data schema
  • Governance requirements

Outputs

  • Automation blueprint
  • Integration specification
  • Governance document
  • Test scenarios

03

Build

2–8 weeks

We build against the approved design. Testing happens throughout — with real data samples and edge cases your team defines. We do not deploy to production until every validation scenario has passed.

Inputs

  • Approved design
  • Real data samples
  • Edge case inventory
  • Integration credentials

Outputs

  • Working automation
  • Test results
  • Documentation
  • Training materials

Measure

Ongoing

We define operational metrics before deployment and track them post-launch. If behavior deviates from spec, we identify why and correct it. Ongoing support and system evolution are included by design.

Inputs

  • Operational data
  • Exception logs
  • Team feedback
  • Updated business rules

Outputs

  • Performance report
  • Correction log
  • Improvement backlog
  • Updated documentation

What makes this different

Process before technology

We document what actually happens before designing any automation. Automating a broken process makes things worse faster.

Human checkpoints by design

Every system includes defined approval points. The AI prepares and assists — it does not independently make important decisions.

No deployment without validation

We test with real data and real edge cases before any deployment. We do not release systems that have not been validated.

Full traceability

Every automated action is logged. Your team can always see what the system did and why, and can correct it when needed.

Start with a diagnostic.

The first step is a process review. We review your current workflow, identify the highest-value automation opportunity and give you a concrete starting point — before any technical commitment.
